本アプリは、日本在住の個人開発者が運営しています。専任のデータ保護責任者（DPO）は選任しておらず、個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせ・権利行使は、末尾の連絡先で受け付けます。

取得する個人情報の項目

ユーザーが入力する情報

• ランキングに載せる名前（表示名）（16 文字まで）。結果画面かアカウント画面で名前を入れると端末に保存し、以後、電撃戦（ランキングで競うモード）の結果が出るたびに、名前とその試合の記録をランキングへ送信します。名前を入れなければ、試合の記録はランキングへ送信されません

ランキングに送るときに一緒に送る情報

端末の番号	本アプリが作る英数字 16 桁の匿名の番号。同じ端末からの記録をまとめるためのもので、Apple の広告識別子（IDFA）でも端末の固有番号でもありません
試合の記録	都市、得点、壊した数、破壊率、乱数の種（試合の配置を決める値）、アプリの版、受け取った時刻
バッジ	獲得したバッジの一覧。ランキングで名前を押すと、同じ端末の最新の名前・バッジ・都市ごとの自己ベストが他のユーザーに表示されます（名前を変えても、他のユーザーは以前の記録から新しい名前をたどれます）
報告	ランキングの記録を報告したときの、その記録の番号と報告した端末の番号

不正な記録を検証するための操作の記録（試合中の入力の並び）は、今後のアップデートで上位の記録にかぎり送信する予定です。この機能を導入した後の取り扱いも、本ポリシーにあらかじめ記載しています。

自動的に取得される情報

• IP アドレス・端末の種類（User-Agent）: 都市データの配信とランキングの通信のたびに、Cloudflare の記録に短期間残ります
• 広告関連情報: 広告の配信のため、端末情報（機種、OS の版、画面の大きさ、ネットワークの種別）と IP アドレスが Google AdMob へ送られます

取得しないもの

本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・メールアドレスを取得せず、カメラ・マイクも使いません。アカウントの登録もありません。広告識別子（IDFA）も取得しません。追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めず、個人に合わせない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）だけを要求します。

端末の中だけに置くもの

設定、ダウンロードした都市データ、広告除去の購入の記録は端末の中だけに置き、外部へ送信しません。遊んだ記録と自己ベスト、バッジ、入れた名前も端末に保存しますが、ランキングへ送るときは、上記のとおり名前・その試合の記録・バッジの一覧・端末の番号を送信します。

本アプリは、コンピューターの処理だけで、ユーザーに法的な効果やそれと同じくらい重い影響が及ぶ決定をしません。

第三者提供（外部送信）

Cloudflare（ランキングの保存・都市データの配信）

• 事業者: Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）
• 送信する情報: 上記「ユーザーが入力する情報」「ランキングに送るときに一緒に送る情報」「自動的に取得される情報」のうち IP アドレス・端末の種類
• 利用目的: ランキングの記録の保存、都市データの配信
• データ保存先（所在地）: アジア太平洋（APAC）地域。国単位の指定はできないため、日本国外のアジア太平洋地域に保存される場合があります
• 第三者提供への該当: なし。Cloudflare は保存と配信の場所を提供するだけで、保存された内容を取り扱いません。個人情報保護委員会の Q&A が示すとおり、Cloudflare が内容を取り扱わずに場所だけを提供する保存は個人情報保護法上の「第三者への提供」に当たりません。保存先の国・地域は、安全管理措置（外的環境の把握）として下の「越境転送について」に示します

Apple（購入・広告効果測定）

• 事業者: Apple Inc.（米国）
• 送信する情報: 購入の処理に必要な情報（支払いの情報は Apple が扱い、運営者は受け取りません）、SKAdNetwork による匿名の広告効果測定
• 利用目的: 広告除去（月額・買い切り）の販売と購入状態の確認、プライバシー保護型の広告効果測定
• 越境転送: 米国
• プライバシーポリシー: Apple Privacy Policy

上記以外の第三者提供は、原則として行いません。法令に基づく開示請求（警察、裁判所等）を受けた場合にかぎり、必要最小限の範囲で開示することがあります。運営者は、取得した情報を販売しません。

クッキー・トラッキング技術

• 本アプリはクッキーを使用しません（モバイルアプリのため）
• 追跡の許可（ATT）を求めないため、IDFA は取得せず、AdMob へ送信しません。要求するのは非パーソナライズ広告だけです
• EU・EEA・英国・スイスのユーザーには、初めて広告が出る前に Google の同意画面（User Messaging Platform）が表示されます。選び直すときは、アプリの アカウント → 広告の設定 から行えます
• Apple の SKAdNetwork による広告効果測定は、個人を識別しない形で行われます

保存期間

安全管理措置

• 全通信を TLS（HTTPS）で暗号化
• 端末からデータベースへ直接書き込ませず、得点が理論上の上限を超えていないかなどをサーバーで検査してから記録
• 同じ端末からの送信に頻度制限（1 分に 3 件まで）
• アカウントを持たないため、パスワードを保存しません

ユーザーの権利

未成年の保護

本アプリは子ども向けに作られていません。13 歳未満（EU・EEA・英国では、お住まいの国がデジタルサービスへの同意に定める年齢未満）の方の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。保護者の方が、お子様の情報が送信されていることに気付かれた場合は、連絡先へご連絡いただければ速やかに削除します。

Cloudflare への保存は、上記のとおり第三者への提供に当たらないため、外国にある第三者への提供についての同意（個人情報保護法 第28条）は求めません。この表は、保存先と送信先の国・地域の制度を把握したうえで講じている安全管理措置として示すものです。各国・地域の制度と各社の措置の詳細は、各社のプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

漏洩等が発生した場合の対応

Personal Data We Collect

User-provided information

• Display name (up to 16 characters). Once you enter a name on the result screen or the Account screen, it is saved on your device and your result is sent to the leaderboard after every Blitz run. If you do not enter a name, no run records are sent to the leaderboard.

Sent together with a leaderboard submission

Device ID	An anonymous 16-character ID the device generates on first use. It groups records from the same device. It is not Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) or a hardware identifier
Run record	City, score, buildings destroyed, destruction rate, random seed, app version, time received
Badges	The list of badges you have earned. Tapping a name on the leaderboard shows other users the latest display name, badges and best score per city for that device (after a name change, other users can still follow earlier records to the new name)
Reports	When you report a record: that record's number and your device ID

Replay logs (the sequence of inputs during a run), used to verify records, are planned for a future update and will be sent only for top records. This policy describes how they will be handled once introduced.

Automatically collected

• IP address and device type (User-Agent): retained briefly in Cloudflare's logs on each city-data download and leaderboard request
• Advertising information: device information (model, OS version, screen size, network type) and IP address are sent to Google AdMob to serve ads

Not collected

The App does not collect location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, email address, or account data. It does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) — it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and requests non-personalized ads only.

Stored on your device only

Settings, downloaded city data and the local copy of your ad-removal purchase stay on your device and are not transmitted. Your play history and personal bests, badges and the name you entered are also stored on your device; when a result is posted to the leaderboard, the name, that run's record, your badge list and the device ID are sent as described above.

The App does not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Recipients

Cloudflare (leaderboard storage, city data delivery)

• Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)
• Role: processor. Cloudflare stores and delivers the data on the operator's behalf and does not use it for its own purposes, so it is not a third party (GDPR Art. 4(10)); under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information this storage is likewise not a provision to a third party
• Data sent: user-provided information, data sent with a submission, and IP address / device type
• Purpose: leaderboard database (D1), city data delivery (R2)
• Storage location: Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. A specific country cannot be selected, so data may be stored outside Japan within the Asia-Pacific region

Google AdMob (advertising)

• Provider: Google LLC (United States)
• Data sent: the advertising information listed above
• Purpose: serving ads, measuring ad performance, detecting invalid clicks

Apple (purchases, ad attribution)

• Provider: Apple Inc. (United States)
• Data sent: information needed to process purchases (payment details are handled by Apple and never reach the operator), anonymous SKAdNetwork attribution
• Purpose: selling ad removal (monthly or one-time) and verifying purchase status, privacy-preserving ad attribution

No other disclosure is made, except the minimum required by law (for example a request from police or a court). The operator does not sell the information it receives.

International Transfers

Personal data is transferred to the Asia-Pacific region (Cloudflare storage) and to the United States (Cloudflare, Google, Apple as companies). Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses included in each provider's data processing agreement.

Cookies and Tracking

• The App does not use cookies (it is a mobile app)
• It does not request App Tracking Transparency, so the IDFA is neither collected nor sent to AdMob. Only non-personalized ads are requested
• Users in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland see the User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before the first ad. You can change your choice under Account → Ad settings in the App
• Apple's SKAdNetwork ad attribution does not identify you

Your Rights

Children

The App is not made for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). If a parent or guardian believes such information has been submitted, contact us and it will be deleted promptly.

Security

• All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
• Devices never write to the database directly; the server checks each submission against a theoretical maximum and the distribution before recording it
• Submissions from one device are rate-limited (3 per minute)
• There are no accounts, so no passwords are stored

Breach Notification

If a personal data breach occurs, the operator reports it to the Japanese Personal Information Protection Commission (initial report promptly, full report within 30 days, or 60 days where malicious intent is suspected) and, because the operator holds no contact details for users, announces it promptly on this page instead of notifying users individually. Where GDPR applies, the supervisory authority is notified within 72 hours.

Changes

This policy may be revised when the law or the service changes. Revisions update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
